As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly web interfaces. Your daily tasks will include collaborating with developers and other designers to implement design projects, conducting user research, and ensuring that all designs align with our brand guidelines. You will also be expected to stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies, contributing to the continuous improvement of our web products.
The standard working hours for this role are 09:00 AM – 05:00 AM (approx. 20 hours per day). This Remote role ensures a balanced work-life dynamic with flexible scheduling and supportive team collaboration.
Requirements
- Possess a Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
- Demonstrate strong skills in Content Writing and Attention to Detail.
- Proficient in Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Exhibit Creativity with a strong portfolio showcasing Graphic Design work.
- Experience with Digital Marketing strategies and tools.
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS for web design.
Desirable Skills
- Empathetic approach to understanding user needs.
- Patient and considerate in team collaborations.
- Punctuality and reliability in meeting deadlines.
