As a Sales Administration Clerk, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, ensuring efficient communication with clients, and maintaining up-to-date records of sales and customer interactions. Your role will involve collaborating closely with team members to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience. Attention to detail and effective time management will be crucial in ensuring that deadlines are met, and customer needs are addressed promptly.
The standard working hours for this role are 09:00 AM – 02:00 PM (approx. 5 hours per day) for Shift 1 and 02:00 AM – 05:00 AM (approx. 3 hours per day) for Shift 2 as part of a rotational shift system. This position ensures a structured working schedule that supports both personal and professional development.
