As a Lubrication Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the energy sector, focusing on the application of lubrication principles to enhance machinery performance and longevity. Your daily responsibilities will include assessing lubrication needs, developing maintenance schedules, and collaborating with other engineering professionals to implement effective solutions. You will be expected to utilise your analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to ensure that all machinery operates at optimal efficiency while adhering to compliance standards.

This position follows a Hybrid work arrangement, offering a blend of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility. The standard working hours for this role are 09:00 AM – 05:00 AM (approx. 20 hours per day) as part of the morning shift system. This flexible approach allows you to balance your professional responsibilities with personal commitments while being part of a supportive team.
