As a File Grinder, you will play a crucial role in our production process, responsible for operating and maintaining grinding machinery to ensure the highest quality of output. Your daily tasks will include setting up equipment, monitoring operations, and performing quality checks on finished products. You will work closely with other team members to streamline processes and enhance our overall productivity, making your contributions vital to our success.
The standard working hours for this role are 09:00 AM – 05:00 AM (approx. 20 hours per day) for Shift 1. This Hybrid role ensures a balanced work-life dynamic with flexible scheduling and supportive team collaboration.
Requirements
- Possess problem-solving skills to effectively address operational challenges.
- Hold GSCEs (or equivalent) qualification.

£1.00 - £250,000.00 / Year
