Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough testing and validation of software products to ensure quality and performance.
• Implement Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies to enhance the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with developers and project managers to identify testing requirements and scope.
• Document test cases, test results, and defects clearly and concisely.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute to product improvements and innovations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Masters, Undergraduate, or PhD in a relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of Testing and Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices.
• Analytical and logical thinking with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
