Java Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of Java applications while ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering their growth and skill development.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR in all software solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features.
• Utilize GANs and other advanced technologies in software development.
• Conduct geospatial data analysis and visualization projects.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Qualifications and Skills

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related field; Master’s or PhD preferred.
• Proven experience with Java and a strong understanding of its frameworks.
• Experience in GDPR compliance and data protection regulations.
• Knowledge of Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) and game design principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a logical and inquisitive mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Demonstrated ability to be innovative and resourceful in tackling challenges.
