This position follows a Hybrid work arrangement, offering a blend of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility. This approach allows our staff to maintain a healthy work-life balance while ensuring quality care for the children we look after.

As a Baby Sitter, you will be responsible for the safety and well-being of children in your care. Daily responsibilities will include supervising activities, assisting with homework, and communicating effectively with parents to ensure a seamless experience. You will work closely with a team of childcare professionals to create a stimulating environment that encourages learning and play.

The standard working hours for this role are 09:00 AM – 05:00 AM (approx. 20 hours per day). This Hybrid role ensures a balanced work-life dynamic with flexible scheduling and supportive team collaboration.

Requirements

Demonstrate proficiency in Playground Supervision to ensure children's safety during playtime.
Exhibit strong Parent-Teacher Communication skills to maintain transparent and effective dialogue with families.
Hold GSCEs (or equivalent), A-Levels (or equivalent), or a Degree (or equivalent); no formal education required.

Desirable Skills

Possess strong analytical skills to assess children's needs and adapt activities accordingly.

Pay Preference

£117,570.00 - £250,000.00 / Year
